Luciano José Nístico, the founding partner, is a lawyer who graduated with an honorary law degree from the University of Buenos Aires. Later on, he obtained a Master’s Degree in Law and Economics at the Torcuato Di Tella University.

His practice of law is centered on general corporate law matters, and he provides comprehensive counseling to national and foreign clients.

Luciano José Nístico has reliable experience setting up the framework to facilitate the flow of corporate business. He has participated in several corporate reorganizations and vertical and horizontal acquisition procedures by advising on transaction and corporate governance matters.

Moreover, Luciano has also provided counseling on the legal design of marketing and distribution plans, as well as the development and financing of real estate projects involving renewable energy, among other matters.

On another note, he has led several debt restructuring processes in and out of court.

Before funding Nístico & Asociados in 2018, Luciano worked in several law firms until becoming legal counsel and director of the Commercial and Civil Matters department in JP O’Farrell Abogados. He managed the team in charge of commercial disputes by providing litigation counseling to leading national and foreign companies, which earned him vast experience with high-complexity disputes.

He is a member of the Federal Capital Bar Association and the San Isidro Bar Association, and also speaks and writes fluent English.
